How be healthy (and lose weight)


It's winter and you probably want to stay fit or start losing weight for the summer season. I am going to show you some ways to do it!
First of all, I want to make sure you all lose weight because of yourself and because you want a healthy life. I don't want you do it because of anyone else but yourself!
Start tracking your progress even from the first day! This will help you to see your results and will motivate you even more. Take photos to see your progress often. You can also keep a journal- write how do you feel after your workout or you can write about your progress- your weight,  the workouts you have done today and what you have eaten. 
Find Healthy alternatives! You can even use sites like Instagram, Tumblr or Pinterest where you will see whole collections and accounts made because of healthy meals ideas and ways to cook them. Cut sugary food (I know this is hard! But do it, believe it works)

Do workout! This one is necessary. I will give you some advice: don't do the same workouts every day because you will get used to it. Also, I highly recommend you to workout different parts of your body in the different days of the week (eg.: Monday- legs; Tuesday- abs; Wednesday- total body, Thursday- abs, Friday- upper body and ect.). Do at least 30 minute workout every day and start with cardio.

If you haven't got any motivation for these things I think you should find that 'motivation playlist' of music that people make. You probably think that this won't help you, but believe me the workout goes totally different when it's with music.
